Our Auction Policy – Keeping It Fair & Fun for Everyone

Auctions are a special way for us to share a little extra joy — offering great deals and helping clear out inventory to make room for new things. To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone has a fair chance, here are a few important notes:

🕐 Please pay within 4 days of winning your auction. If payment isn’t received within that time frame, your account may be restricted or banned.

🤝 Every bid is a promise to purchase. Selective payment (only paying for some items) goes against our policy. Winning and not paying affects our small business and can result in a ban.

🚫 Flipping is not allowed. If you're purchasing items through our auctions and reselling them at a marked-up price, and we receive a report or confirm this, your account may be banned. Our auctions are meant to bless families with affordable finds — not to be used for resale profit.

💬 Bans may be appealed once. If your appeal is approved but the issue happens again, the ban will be permanent.
